I have requested PARK CO, dba Park N Boston (PNB), located at 30 Railroad Ave Revere, MA, to park my vehicle at the Park N Boston lot (the Lot), at my sole risk and expense, provided that I release PARK CO. dba Park N Boston from all liability while my vehicle is parked in the Lot.
I acknowledge that my vehicle will be parked by PNB attendants, in the Lot at my sole risk and expense, I also acknowledge that I must leave a set of keys for my vehicle.
I further hereby release PNB and all of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective members, shareholders, managers, officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, losses, demands, damages, Injuries, liabilities and causes of action which I might have against the Released Parties arising out of or related to the parking of my vehicle at the Lot, Including, but not limited to, loss or damage to my vehicle or any of Its contents by fire, theft, collision or otherwise, I acknowledge I should remove all personal property from the vehicle and agree that any such property left Inside the vehicle is left at my sole risk and expense.
I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver of Liability and understand its meaning and I am voluntarily releasing Park N Boston from the safekeeping of my vehicle and its contents.
Cancellation Policy

1. 100% Refund: Cancellations made with over 25 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
2. 50% Refund: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
3. No Refund: Once check-in has occurred, no refunds will be issued.
4. Exceptions: Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to management at management@parknboston.com.
